State police arrest 42-year-old woman suspected in November hit-and-run in Marion County

Lisa Abbe, 42, of Eugene, was booked in the Lane County Jail on charges of felony hit-and-run, fourth-degree assault and recklessly endangering another person, along with a parole violation. She was also cited to appear for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.... Read More »
